Custom software development, built around how your team works.

Sarvang Technologies is a custom software development company in Rajkot, Gujarat, working with businesses across India. We build the portals, internal tools, integrations and dashboards your business runs on, fitted to the way it already works, then host, monitor and improve them after launch.

What we build

From a first internal tool to the platform your whole company runs on.

01

Customer and vendor portals

Customers place and track orders, and suppliers confirm stock and dispatch, without a phone call or a spreadsheet in between.

02

Internal tools

The screens your team works in all day, for approvals, job cards, stock, quotations and reports, built around your steps.

03

Integrations

Your website, accounting software, payment gateway, WhatsApp and the other systems you pay for, connected so data is entered once.

04

Dashboards and data

KPI dashboards that answer the questions you ask every Monday, drawn from numbers your team can trust.

05

Cloud and DevOps

Secure setup on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, with automated releases, backups and cost control, in accounts that belong to you.

06

Dedicated teams and support

Vetted developers on a monthly contract who work as part of your team, and monitoring with a priority-fix SLA for everything we ship.

When custom software makes sense

If a product you can buy already fits, we will say so on the first call. Custom software earns its cost when the way you work is part of why customers choose you, or when the gaps between your tools cost more hours than the software would.

Signs it is time

  • Your team types the same data into two or three systems every day
  • A bought tool covers most of the job, and spreadsheets cover the rest
  • You pay for seats and features you do not use, and still cannot get the report you need
  • Customers and suppliers phone or email for updates a portal could give them
  • Software someone else built is holding you back, and nobody left knows how it works

What you get

  • Scope, estimate and timeline in writing before any invoice
  • Working software every two weeks, not only at the end
  • Code, cloud accounts and domains in your name from day one
  • Documentation with every release, and support after launch

How a custom software project runs

A first release usually takes eight to twelve weeks. Small tools ship faster.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Discover

We sit with the people who will use the software, map the work as it really happens, and write down the scope, estimate and timeline.

  2. Weeks 3 to 4

    Design

A clickable prototype of the key screens, tried by your team and agreed before engineering starts.

  3. Weeks 5 to 10

    Build

Two-week sprints with a demo every Friday, and every change reviewed before it merges.

  4. Weeks 11 to 12

    Test and launch

Automated tests, security checks, your data moved across and checked, and a release with a rollback plan ready.

  5. Every month after

    Support

Monitoring, fixes and improvements on a support plan, so the software keeps up as the business changes.

Where we come from

We have built software like this before.

The team behind Sarvang Technologies built and ran Your Marketing AI, a platform that served more than 2,000 businesses across sales, follow up and support. We know what it takes to keep software running after launch, not only to ship it.

Custom software questions, answered

How much does custom software development cost?

It depends on the scope, so we do not publish a price list. After a free 30-minute call and a short discovery, you get a fixed price for a well-defined scope, in writing, before any work starts. Dedicated developers and support plans are billed monthly.

How long does it take to build custom software?

A first release usually takes eight to twelve weeks: two weeks of discovery, two of design, five or six of build and two for testing and launch. Small tools ship faster.

Who owns the source code?

You do. Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are created in your name from day one, and every release comes with documentation.

Can you take over software another company built?

Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit, then fix, extend or migrate it depending on what we find.

Which technologies do you use?

We choose for each project and explain the choice in the proposal. Websites are usually built with Next.js, mobile apps with Flutter, and hosting runs on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, with automated releases and backups.

Do you work with businesses outside Rajkot?

Yes. We are based in Rajkot, Gujarat, and work with businesses across India and abroad. Shared boards, weekly demos and a dedicated delivery lead keep the work visible wherever you are.
